It delivers a rich, savory flavor with just the right balance of tanginess and spice. As the fresh meats, vegetables, and seafood cooked, the broth continued to deepen in flavor, making each round even better than the last. It's the kind of broth you'll find yourself thinking about long after dinner is over.

Don't rush past the sauce station.

Bong Bong Hot Pot offers an incredible assortment of sauces, seasonings, fresh herbs, and toppings that let you personalize every bite. We had a great time mixing different combinations, and the Thai peanut sauce and crispy fried garlic were definite standouts. Whether you like bold spice, creamy flavors, or something packed with fresh herbs, there's no shortage of ways to create your perfect dipping sauce.

One surprise we absolutely loved was discovering both Thai tea and milk tea available on tap. It's not something you see every day, and it paired perfectly with the rich flavors of the meal.

Then there were the pineapple slushies.

Refreshing, fruity, and incredibly addictive, they were the perfect palate cleanser between rounds of hot pot. We found ourselves going back for refills more than once.

To finish things off, the self-serve matcha ice cream machine was a huge hit. It's the perfect sweet ending after enjoying a table full of savory flavors.
